Wrong OS mode
In Mac mode, the bottom row sends Option and Command; in Windows mode, Windows and Alt.
Chatter on hot-swap
Reseat or replace a single switch if one key doubles.
Tips
- Test wired and Bluetooth separately if keys drop out only wirelessly.
