One side quiet
Earwax on the mesh is the most common cause. Clean gently and re-test.
Ear tip fit
A poor seal loses bass and noise cancellation. The bass sweep makes it obvious.
Delay in games
Bluetooth adds latency. Measure it with the tap test.

- Try different ear tip sizes and compare the bass sweep.
