Shutter or camera key
A black picture usually means a closed shutter or the camera turned off with a key.
Grainy in dim rooms
Low light lowers frame rate and adds noise. The lighting score shows when that's happening.
Lower resolution than advertised
Many laptop cameras deliver 720p. The test shows the delivered size.
