Controller buttons not responding
Press each button in the test above. A button that never lights up is a hardware or connection problem; one that lights up but does nothing in a game is a mapping problem.

Begin met een snelle test
Sluit een controller aan via kabel of Bluetooth en druk op een knop. Browsers tonen een controller pas na een druk op een knop.

Check for remapping
Steam Input, the Xbox Accessories app and console settings can remap or disable buttons. Reset them to default.

Check the game's controls
Some games need a controller enabled in settings, or use a different layout.

Update firmware
Update with the maker's app or console.

Clean sticky buttons
Power off and wipe around the button with a cloth slightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol, pressing it repeatedly.

Reconnect
Try a cable instead of wireless, or re-pair.
