Restart
A restart releases devices that an app has frozen and reloads drivers. It fixes more problems than it should.

Turn off Filter keys
Open Settings › Accessibility › Keyboard and turn off Filter keys.

Reinstall the keyboard driver
Right-click Start, open Device Manager, expand Keyboards, right-click the keyboard and choose Uninstall device, then restart.

Test before Windows starts
Restart and try opening your laptop's firmware (BIOS/UEFI) setup with its key (often F2, F10, F12 or Del). If keys work there, the hardware is fine and the problem is in Windows.
Ancora non funziona?
- After a spill, shut down, unplug and let it dry fully before switching on. Sugary drinks usually need professional cleaning.
