Allow camera and microphone on Android
Android needs permission at two levels: the browser app, and each website in that browser.

Allow the website
Tap the icon to the left of the address bar, then Permissions, and allow camera and microphone.

Allow the browser app
Open Settings › Apps, choose your browser, then Permissions. Set Camera and Microphone to Allow only while using the app.

Check the privacy toggles
Swipe down to Quick Settings and make sure the Camera access and Microphone access tiles are on.
